Overview

Do you have a passion for storytelling, branding, and creating meaningful connections between people and companies? At ZegaSoftware, we're looking for an Employer Branding Specialist who can bring creativity, strategy, and innovation to how we present ourselves to the world.

In this role, you'll shape the way we communicate our values, culture, and opportunities, both internally and externally, while ensuring our brand resonates with future colleagues and strengthens loyalty among current ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement internal & external employer branding initiatives;
  • Develop and run creative campaigns across social media, website, email, PR, and events;
  • Create engaging content — videos, testimonials, interviews, employee stories, and more;
  • Contribute to the annual communication & branding strategy alongside management;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote employer branding projects;
  • Coordinate with partners and monitor key performance metrics;
  • Keep up with global employer branding trends and suggest improvements

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in employer branding (projects, events, budgets);
  • Strong content creation & copywriting skills in English and Romanian;
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and public speaking abilities;
  • Digital mindset with experience across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Twitter, TikTok;
  • Skilled in project management and MS Office;
  • Curious, adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented team player with a passion for growth.
