What will you do at SuperPlay?
  • Own and improve core people operations processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, internal changes).
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation, equipment, and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Support performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination (with external providers), and HR compliance.
  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions and support.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, safe, and well-organized workplace.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and service providers.
  • Coordinate office logistics, events, team off-sites, and internal meetings.
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related requests and issues.
  • Support workplace policies, health & safety compliance, and office budgets.

Requirements
  • 2–4+ years of experience in office management, people operations, or HR (combined experience strongly preferred).
  • Proficient English level (written and spoken) – mandatory, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in an international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
