Job description
TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
• Coordinate release and deployment management activities to ensure effective service management;
• Assist in supporting models and managing transition of projects and new services into the business-as-usual model;
• Make improvements to the release process on a regular basis, aiming for consistent, on-time delivery of high quality releases;
• Ensure quality is maintained throughout the service delivery process within area of release and deployment management;
• Coordinate and ensure quality of operational documentation review and delivery;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operational peers to oversee and ensure all service lines are provided in accordance to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate and align release management activities in the context of the implementation of the Interoperability Roadmap
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant education after the secondary school
.
EXPERIENC
E:
• Minimum 4 years of IT professional experienc
e;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in release and deployment management, including DevOps activities and/or transition into operations activitie
s.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Ski
lls
• Certification in ITIL/ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation and/or ITIL Speciali
st;
• Certification in DevOps Fundamentals or Foundati
on;
• Certification in Prince 2 and/or Agile methodologies is considered an ass
et;
• Good understanding of the software development lifecyc
le;
• Working experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery is considered an ass
et;
• Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abiliti
es.
