About the role

The Financial Crime Operations department is at the forefront of Revolut's efforts to keep customers and their money safe. These special agents work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting-edge technology, we aim to prevent financial crime in a way the financial world hasn't seen so far.

We're looking for a Team Lead to make sure our Analysts are operating at the best quality performance. A solution-oriented individual who'll handle customer and agent issues and look to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a team of 10–15 FinCrime Analysts
• Managing the daily performance of employees, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SLA expectations
• Conducting regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
• Challenging processes and procedures for continuous improvement
• Raising awareness of unusual trends in performance
• Seeking to go above and beyond the role by taking ownership of difficult problems, resolving ongoing issues, and being a leader in the workplace
• Acting as a point of contact for law enforcement agencies in ongoing criminal investigations that originate from a SAR

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (C1 level)
• 1+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ FTEs
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• To know how to communicate positively, clearly, and effectively with members of various internal teams, outside counsel, and regulators
• To be someone who demonstrates sound judgement

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN10,300 - PLN14,900 gross monthly*
• Vilnius: €2,700 - €4,100 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN10,300 - PLN14,900 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
