Romania has an exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Intern - Fixed Term in Bucharest.

BAT Trading Romania is seeking a talented and bright Intern to join its Digital department, inside the Marketing Function, in Bucharest. As an Intern in our team you will have the opportunity to work on operational and strategic tasks right from the beginning. Working within this team, you will be a part of digital transformation of BAT's New Categories business, driving processes and decisions simplification as long as enhancing consumer centricity in marketing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to measurement and enhancement of user experience on our products websites across all countries in South East Europe.
• Assisting in performance tracking and reporting automation projects and initiatives.
• Supporting in features discovery, onboarding of colleagues, and application of available or new marketing software solutions and digital products.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor and/or master's degree in economics, computer science, statistics, social sciences, engineering, business administration or marketing;
• Good Excel and Power Point skills;
• Analytical and attentive to details;
• Willingness and ability to learn fast, openness to working with big amount of data and diverse topics within digital technologies;
• Proactive attitude, able to work and cooperate with team efficiently;
• Fluency in Romanian & English.
