Job Summary:

The Regulatory Compliance Intern will assist in executing the SLB Regulatory Compliance program. The Intern will provide general support on compliance issues to internal clients and stakeholders within Europe Geounit. The role of Regulatory Compliance team is to ensure that all relevant licenses are in place for the Management of Explosives, Radioactive Sources, Lithium Batteries and Chemicals, in accordance with Country/EU regulations and SLB standards.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating regulatory documentation in internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, RCTS, or other compliance dashboards)
  • Coordinate the document gathering and submission processes for regulatory licenses and permits.
  • Help track licensing and permitting obligations using internal or external databases.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and organize compliance evidence.
  • Support the harmonization of regulatory documentation by transferring and reformatting existing CROGs (Country Regulation Orientation Guidelines) into the updated corporate template, ensuring alignment with content structure, style guide, and naming conventions.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, including the digitization and streamlining of compliance workflows.
  • Interns may be assigned other duties in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the location or Company Specific deliverables of the position.
