We are looking, on behalf of our client, a
national company and one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of lighting products in Romania
, with over 30 years of industry experience, for a
Regional Sales Representative
. The company has built a strong reputation through a consistent commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional service.
Objectives
- Strengthen the company's presence in a strategic region with high development potential.
- Efficiently manage existing client relationships and actively expand the customer portfolio.
- Increase brand visibility and reputation in the field.
- Deliver measurable results in sales, new partnerships, and commercial influence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the existing customer portfolio (approx. 15 active clients), including maintenance, upselling, and loyalty-building.
- Expand the client base by identifying new partners - physical retail stores in the electrical, home appliances, or interior design sectors.
- Conduct daily field visits according to the plan agreed upon with the national sales manager.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial contracts in line with the company's pricing policy.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, and suggest tactical measures to boost sales.
- Provide regular reports on activities, opportunities, and objectives achieved.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience, ideally in lighting fixtures, electrical materials, home appliances, or DIY products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Persistent attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility toward objectives.
- Commercial knowledge of the Moldova region (a plus).
- Experience using sales and reporting tools (Excel, CRM, SFA).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to propose innovative solutions to grow sales.
- Valid category B driving license (mandatory).
