Senior SAP HCM Consultant with German

Project description:

As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant you will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring and implementing SAP Human Resources solutions, ensuring that our clients achieve optimal efficiency and digital transformation in their HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the deployment and extension of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
• Analyze business requirements and HR processes, translate them into SAP-customizing and technical specifications, and support the implementation.
• Drive the digitalization of HR processes such as digital payroll processing and self-service solutions.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis, other technical experts and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation.
• Optionally work with ABAP when custom coding or enhancements are required to meet client needs.
• Understand industry-specific requirements and how they map into the SAP HCM environment.
• Act as the interface between business users and IT, support testing, training, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Manage aspects of the project from concept through delivery, including participating in planning, testing and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM/HR modules (PA, PY, PT) and hands-on experience customizing these components.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, organizational concepts and best practices, combined with business acumen.
• Awareness of digital HR trends and the ability to apply new technologies to automate and improve HR workflows.
• Optional: Strong ABAP programming skills within the HCM context to support enhancements and bespoke solutions.
• Experience across different industries and the nuance of mapping their particular requirements into SAP.
• German language capabilities (min. C1 level) mandatory
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for coordination with SAP Basis and international teams.
• Academic degree or formal education in business administration, computer science, HR management or related fields is a plus.
• Several years of practical IT experience and proven track record in SAP HCM projects.
