What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a customer support role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail when logging, updating, and managing customer support tickets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
proficient in Romanian
and intermediate in English. - Structured, ambitious, and organized.
- Shows initiative in completing tasks.
- Adapt smoothly to periods of increased activity.
- Technical/tool proficiency: comfortable using customer support tools and platforms such as ticketing systems, live chat interfaces, and knowledge-based tools.
- Multitasking/time-management skills: able to handle multiple channels or tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to work on-site shifts, including weekends.

Your Responsibilities:
- Answer customer enquiries via email and live chat in a timely manner and to the highest standards.
- Escalate customer queries to the relevant internal departments or external suppliers to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate proactively with customers, providing relevant information about potential delays and status updates on open cases.
- Ensure accurate reporting in line with internal processes and monitor case closures according to customer expectations.
- Work collaboratively within the team, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Work closely with the Payments and Fraud teams and assist them with player checks and other related tasks.
- Monitor and strive to achieve support performance metrics (e.g., response time, first-contact resolution, customer satisfaction).
