Customer Experience Representative

to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and professional support
  • Verify and validate client data as part of our compliance processes
  • Audit your own work for accuracy and make necessary corrections
  • Summarize research results and compile them in the required format
  • Follow all internal procedures and compliance policies
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in translating customer feedback into actionable insights
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure client needs are met

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new tools
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Previous experience in a customer support environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with payment systems like SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, Faster Payments, and Fedwire is a strong advantage
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and communicate with a variety of personalities
  • Go-getter attitude with a proactive and collaborative work ethic
