Your mission
- Support our customers in the ITSM environment Network management
- Processing of incidents of our customers Recording and processing of IT tickets
- Problem analysis and solution finding
- Administration of user accounts in various applications and devices
- Support of branch offices at home and abroad
Your profile
MUST HAVES
- Completed IT training or a comparable qualification in the IT environment
- (First) professional experience in IT support
- Confident communication and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems, DNS and AD
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure
- Fluency German & English
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of network and Internet technologies and their protocols
- First Knowledge in scripting such as PowerShell
- Experience in ITSM support

assists both domestic and international clients.
