Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer passionate about shaping the future of renewable energy?

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and coordinate high- and medium-voltage (HV/MV) design and engineering activities for solar, wind, and energy storage projects across Romania.

You will play a key role in ensuring technical excellence, compliance with international standards, and seamless coordination between design, site execution, and project management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and review HV/MV electrical designs, protection systems, and control schemes.
  • Oversee all electrical engineering deliverables from concept to commissioning.
  • Perform and validate load flow, short circuit, and protection coordination studies.
  • Evaluate design changes, non-conformities, and ensure compliance with grid and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors, designers, and grid operators to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical / Power / Energy Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in HV/MV systems for power or renewable projects.
  • Solid knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards, Romanian and EU regulations, and grid connection procedures.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, and familiar with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ANRE certifications (IV A / IV B) – a plus.
