Environment Protection Engineer

For a top global company, we are recruiting an Environment Protection Engineer - global company, the role is factory based M-F (8 hours per day).
What You'll Be Doing
Ensuring legal compliance of the plant's operations
and promoting a continuous improvement process on environmental management for environmental risk reduction and control
Preparation and submission of applications to be obtained required administrative decisions
IPPC permits, sectoral, ETS system, reparation of reports and reports, required records the law and internal requirements of the company
Determining the scope and ordering the required measurements, analyzes, tests, expertise, analysis and statistics of the obtained results. Supervising their the timeliness and reliability of the mentioned orders in the case of entrusting certain activities to external entities.
Supervision over the implementation of legal requirements in the plant
Initiating new projects in the operational part, and carrying out mitigation activities environmental impact, cooperation with departments and consulting in the field of reducing emissions and cleaning sewage, waste management
Giving opinions on investment projects and planned changes
Identification of current and potential threats and risk control, including issues related to the SEVESO requirements
Training of employees and subcontractors in the area environmental
Representing the company before administrative authorities and control, participation in controls, contacts and cooperation with administrative authorities
Ideal Profile
University degree in technical area with major in Environment area;
Previous experience on a similar role in industrial environment;
Written and spoken English language;
Good knowledge the main regulations in environment area;
Effectiveness and result orientation;
Organized person, passionate about the activity field;
Communication and interpersonal sensitivity;
