RAS Technic is hiring a skilled and proactive Deputy Technical Manager to oversee the technical, safety, and operational standards at our line maintenance stations. This role ensures compliance with EASA Part 145 regulations and company standards, while supporting the highest levels of safety, efficiency, and operational quality.

Main responsibilities:

➢ Operations Management: Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety policies across all stations.

➢ Compliance and Quality Assurance: Maintain alignment with EASA Part 145 regulations, RAS Technic policies, and client requirements; manage stations performance.

➢ Inventory and Resource Management: Oversee equipment and tooling availability, supplies, and ensure readiness for maintenance tasks.

➢ Staff Training and Performance: Facilitate personnel training, performance assessments, and manage compliance with RAS Technic's training program.

➢ Client Communication: Regularly communicate maintenance, safety, and quality issues with senior management and coordinate with clients to ensure maintenance requirements are met.

Minimum Requirements:

➢ Licensing: B1 and/or B2 Part 66 license required or a strong technical aviation background (e.g. Engineering, Production Planning, CAMO etc.)

➢ Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an aviation maintenance organization with responsibilities for aircraft release to service.

➢ Technical Knowledge: Proficient in EASA regulations (Part 145, Part 66) and aircraft maintenance standard practices, environmental and emergency protection protocols, and aviation related software systems.

➢ Languages: Proficiency in English (C1) for written and verbal communication.

➢ Work Conditions: Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

➢ Driving License: Category B required.

➢ Skills: Leadership and team coordination, critical thinking and deductive analysis, assertive communication and organizational skills, ability to work effectively under pressure.
