JOB RESPONSABILITIES:


• Developing and implementing supplier development strategies aligned with corporate requirements and IATF 16949.


• Coordinating supplier audits (VDA 6.3), risk assessments, and capability analyses to increase process maturity.


• Managing Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) activities, including APQP, PPAP, and supplier readiness for new programs.


• Overseeing the quality management of incoming materials, ensuring robust inspection plans, data-driven analyses, and effective control of nonconforming materials.


• Coordinating the structured problem-solving process (8D, 5 Why, FMEA) and ensuring timely closure of supplier corrective actions.


• Collaborating with suppliers to implement process improvements, SPC monitoring, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.


• Working with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production departments to ensure supplier performance and compliance with customer-specific requirements.


• Supporting suppliers in launch readiness, process approval, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Conducting general quality awareness training sessions.


• Preparing periodic reports and statistical analyses.


• Collaborating with all departments within the group of companies.


• Collaborating with suppliers and institutions specific to the quality field.


• Acting in accordance with company procedures regarding Quality, Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Waste Management.


• Complying with ESD rules.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• At least 2 years in a similar position or as a Quality Engineer, preferably in the automotive sector
