Are you ready to lead quality to the next level? At DRÄXLMAIER, we power the future of mobility with cutting-edge components and battery systems. We're looking for a Head of Quality who thrives on delivering zero-defect manufacturing and driving continuous improvement.

Your Impact

  • Shape Strategy: Translate group objectives into actionable plans and lead your team toward excellence;
  • Own Quality Performance: Monitor KPIs, reduce scrap and rework, and implement cost-saving initiatives;
  • Lead Audits & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IATF16949 and customer-specific standards;
  • Be the Voice of Quality: Negotiate with customers, resolve complaints, and safeguard product integrity.

What We're Looking For

  • Engineering degree and 5–7 years in automotive quality leadership;
  • Expertise in IATF16949, VDA 6.3;
  • CAQ basic knowledge (QSYS / SAP);
  • Core tools knowledge: APQP, FMEA, PPAP/PPF;
  • 8D methodology / complaints, Q7-Tools, SPC, customer-specific requirements, requalification inspections, special characteristics;
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills;
  • Leadership experience, strong teamwork and communication skills;
  • Process-oriented and strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • English proficiency.
