Job Description:

Check the compliance of process parameters, analyse the root causes of deviations, review the overall results regarding industrial performance;

  • Contribute to analysing the causes of differences in industrial performance and to developing action plans for improvement;

  • Prepare and timely update process parameter sheets and mixing prescriptions;

  • Conduct field tests, supervise sample production, check the effectiveness of action plans for improvement;

  • Develop the testing report;

  • Perform verification and calibration of process parameters and take appropriate actions;

  • Contribute to the validation of new equipment or upgrades;

  • Contribute to updating product technical specification documents, work instructions, visual aids, PFMEA, and other relevant technical documents and datasheets;
