Talent Sourcer with Dutch
, you are responsible for proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.

You will:

  • Proactively identify, engage and build relationships with top talent across various channels mostly for Dutch and Romanian markets.
  • Act as a bridge between our internal organization and the external talent market by understanding hiring needs and aligning them with the right candidates.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to create tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring timely and personalized communication from the first interaction.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and networking, to attract passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in sourcing, recruitment, or head-hunting.
  • Advanced English and Dutch language skills.
  • Proactive mindset, initiative, and goal-oriented perspective.
  • Analytical mindset and strong research skills.
  • You are a star in stakeholder management and candidate engagement.
  • Genuine interest in talent mapping, market trends, and innovative sourcing technique.
