As an experienced Full Stack HCM ABAP Developer, you will play a key role in enhancing and supporting our SAP HCM development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and optimizing SAP HCM applications to meet evolving business needs
• Writing high-quality, maintainable code using ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP)
• Integrating various SAP modules through ABAP-based interfaces to ensure seamless cross-functional processes
• Developing intuitive, responsive Fiori/UI5 applications backed by OData services
• Working with RESTful APIs and contributing to microservice-based system architectures
• Collaborating closely with functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participating in project planning activities, including technical design, effort estimation, and code reviews
• Ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and scalability across all deliverables

Qualifications QualificationsQualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Foundational knowledge of SAP HCM modules and processes
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development, including Object-Oriented ABAP
• Strong understanding of ABAP-based integration and interfaces within SAP landscapes
• At least 3 years of experience developing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and OData services
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservice-based architectures
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Practical experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI/CI).
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or SAFe frameworks.

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, German is nice to have
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
