Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a consultant to join the Procurement Operations & Technical Contract team. The Procurement Operations & Technical Contractneeds to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within Procurement.

Main responsibilities will include:

Working with the Head Operational Procurement and Client Service Desk and other internal departments to ensure optimal use of Operational Procurement & Client Service Desk systems and capabilities

Overall accountability for:

• day-to-day operational process management including, but not limited to: SOW creation, SOW revision, SOW approval, Rate card creation, Rate card maintenance in Fieldglass, raising tickets to obtain the required accesses for the involved parties
• handling queries through the ticketing tool within the agreed SLAs
• • maintenance of knowledge management systems and client education material (e.g. 'how to' guides) to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of process and client satisfaction
• establishes and maintains lasting relationships with contract managers, suppliers and internal Fieldglass teams
• optimised and compliant use of defined standard operations procedures, platforms and channels
• partering with the client's Fieldglass teams and providing expert input regarding Fieldglass process
• identify ways to improve recurring business processes, including the development of standard procedures and processes, identification and implementation of automation opportunities
• ensuring functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met
• ensuring proactivity for additional support/extra activities/projects
