Suntem în căutarea unui
Technical Functional Analyst,
in departamentul IT- Solution Delivery, care sa ofere suport in derularea proiectelor ce au o componenta tehnica.

Responsabilități cheie:

  • Colecteaza informatii si solicitari detaliate despre cerintele utilizatorilor prin discutiile cu acestia;
  • Realizeaza analiza si planul de testare, lucrand in cadrul unei echipe;
  • Ofera suport pentru aplicatiile software prin corectarea problemelor si implementarea noilor functionalitati;
  • Creaza documente de analiza, testare si manuale de utilizare;
  • Se asigura ca managementul eficient al riscului este luat in considerare in activitatile de zi cu zi, in conformitate cu politicile MetropolitanLife si escaladeaza subiectele de interes catre manager sau functiunea de risc.

Pentru a face echipă bună, e nevoie să vii cu:

  • Studii superioare finalizate (ideal profil tehnic);
  • Cunostinte UML, SQL Server (constituie avantaj);
  • Abilitati excelente de planificare, conducere si controlul proiectelor;
  • Cunoştinţe de limba engleză (nivel avansat);
  • Cunostinte si abilități de project management și stakeholder engagement;
  • Abilitatea de a analiza probleme complexe;
  • Capacitate de analiză strategică și orientare către rezultate;
  • Cunostinte Agile;
  • Cunoștințe de lucru cu CRM-uri (ex: Salesforce, HubSpot) și instrumente de prospectare (ex: Sales Navigator);
  • Colaborare cross-funcțională;
  • Capacitate excelenta de comunicare si de lucru in echipa;
  • Capacitate de lucru sub presiune si cu termene stranse;
  • Abilitatea de a "traduce" limbajul tehnic intr-unul comun, curiozitate profesionala;
  • Apetit pentru tehnologie si dorinta de a crea impact.
