We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Microsoft 365 Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst
to join our
IT Security team
. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and securing our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring robust identity and access management practices are in place. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, identity management, and security protocols.

What will you do:

Identity Management:
Oversee the administration of user identities and access privileges within the Microsoft 365 environment.

Access Control:
Implement and manage access control policies, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

•
Security Monitoring:
Monitor and analyse security events and incidents related to identity and access management.

•
Policy Development:
Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and guidelines.

•
User Support:
Provide support and guidance to users regarding access issues and security best practices.

•
Collaboration:
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with other systems and applications.

•
Compliance
: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.

•
Incident Response:
Respond to and manage security incidents related to identity and access management.

•
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IAM and recommend improvements to existing processes.

What we need from you for this job:

Required Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Desirable Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

• CompTIA Security+

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, preferably within a Microsoft 365 environment.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and security features.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
