We are looking for a Financial Analyst & Profitability Controller to join our client's finance team — a growing, dynamic organization within the gambling industry. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and support for key business decisions.︄︆︅︉︉︌︃︄ ︂︆︄︄ ︁︁︌ ︈︂︇︍ ︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︂

About the Role:

In this position, you will oversee financial operations and profitability performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning, directly supporting senior management in achieving business goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA is a plus);
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance or controlling role;
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting;
  • Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage);
  • Excellent Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau);
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into strategic insights;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • CAFR membership is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow);
  • Coordinate and support the annual audit process, ensuring full regulatory compliance;
  • Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts; monitor actual performance vs. targets;
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights for business decisions;
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets;
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal procedures;
  • Lead financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities;
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership.
