About Technology & digital solutions

The Technology & digital solutions (T&DS) is leading Forvis Mazars digital transformation. We aim at providing Forvis Mazars professionals with a seamless digital experience allowing greater collaboration worldwide in a safe environment. Global Security Operations

Global Security Operations falls within the Global IT program, its key objectives are to Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond and Recover. To achieve these objectives, Global Security Operations will build, deploy and run core global security services.

The Head of Identity & Access Management
will manage multiple global security services. The Identity & Access Management team will have the responsibilities for Privileged Access Management, Certificate Management, Directory Management, Mazars Global Identity and all process linked to IAM (Birthright, JML, Modern Authentication).

This is a permanent role reporting to the Group Head of Security Operations.

What will you do:


• Build the services and think how the services/products should be architectured


• Lead the territory services onboarding


• Manage escalations, incidents, exceptions, request and support


• Build and follows the services roadmaps


• Define SLA with stakeholders


• Provide reporting


• Manage and develop a high-performing team of two (Junior and Senior IAM Analysts)


• Working with a 3rd party partner, ensuring they are managed effectively.

What we need from you for this job:


• At least 8 year-experience in IAM and team management


• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Okta and other SaaS identity providers


• Experience with privilege access management tools (Azure bastion, Cyberark, etc)


• Experience with PKI, Active Directory management (attributes, gpo, etc)


• Experience of Agile approach


• Experience of effective budget management.


• Excellent communication skills


• Proven ability to organise and manage technical teams


• Experience of working in international teams


• Fluent in English. Fluency in French is highly appreciated.
