As
Cards Development Manager
, you will report to the Cards and Marketing Director, and the team that you will manage is in charge with credit and debit card issuing, handling
product and process development activity, portfolio management
- campaigns dedicated to cardholders, starting with onboarding programs for card activation and finishing with retention process and also
sales management actions
– contests for the sales forces, adjustments to the incentive scheme.

Requirements:

  • Credit cards or lending products development related experience;

  • Advanced knowledge ok English;

  • Romanian language - mandatory;

  • Strong Communication skills;

  • People management abilities;

  • Positive and results oriented;

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PPT, Word.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible of Cards Business planning and budgeting;

  • Manage Cards Product Development team;

  • Initiate projects and coordinates cross-functional departments for projects implementation for constant business increase and efficiency;

  • Identify and apply process improvemen opportunities in order to increase efficiency, decrease costs, improve SLAs and customer satisfaction;

  • Monitor Key indicators and ensure all business objectives are met;

  • Plan and implement efficient acquisition and portfolio campaigns;

  • Cooperation with all bank's sales channels/Product Departments;

  • Follow up the competition and initiate actions on behalf.
