A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU
Our department Business Development Support is now looking to recruit an assistant to work within the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing research to uncover information on new and existing projects across a number of different channels
  • Provide the GOPA Group companies with standardized market information on upcoming projects and trends
  • Initial assessment of programming documents and extracting of useful information to be shared within the group
  • Conducting research upon request on specific donors, countries and topics
  • Provide background information on specific projects
  • Preparing reports with strong attention to detail and ensuring data accuracy
  • Actively working and ensure compliance for all department's tools (SharePoint applications etc.)

A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
Qualifications And Profile

  • Recent graduate or entry level career
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and structure the information in a comprehensive way
  • Confident handling of the common MS Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Ability to think in processes and systems and an affinity for IT systems
  • Proactive, outgoing and communicative personality and capacity for independent decision-making and taking initiative
  • Conscientious and systematic way of working
  • Full proficiency in English and further language skills i.e. French, Spanish, German are a plus
