This hybrid role combines hands-on software development leadership with strategic data architecture responsibilities. You will play a key role in designing scalable systems, guiding development teams, and shaping data infrastructure.
What the role offers:
As a Lead Software Developer (with a strong background in data architecture), you will have opportunities to:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality SaaS productsArchitect and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data systemsWork with big data, analytics, and machine learningPush AI initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system architectureIdentify and evaluate technologiesInvestigate and improve application performanceLead in setting the quality standards for the team's technical work, from code to software designs, while raising the skill level of less experienced team membersWhat you need to Succeed:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8+ years of software development experienceExperience in leading/mentoringProven experience in data architecture; designed and developed data pipelines and ETL workflows with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, and Scala.Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java / Spring, Python)Deep understanding of relational and non-relational (analytics) databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Vertica, Snowflake, etc.) Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD and DevOps (GitLab, Kubernetes, Helm, kustomize, New Relic)Experience integrating with other components and systems at high volumeFamiliarity with data governance, security, and compliance standardsExperience working in Agile/ScrumData or Computer Science degreeOne last thing:
