Why are we hiring a Software Developer?

As we continue to grow, we need a Software Developer to help support us. You will be involved in the process of designing, implementing, and reviewing features for an in-vivo study management application.

With strong technical skills, independent problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset, you will contribute significantly to product delivery, engineering standards, and team success.

What are you responsible for?

  • Design, develop, and maintain code with a focus on quality.
  • Review code and test feature tickets to ensure that all code is in scope and meets the ticket's requirements.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical designs.
  • Database manipulation in the form of schema migrations and/or data imports.
  • Writing and maintaining technical documentation for both internal and external use.
  • CI/CD Pipeline maintenance.
  • Provide technical assistance for customer facing teams.
  • Active participation in SCRUM rituals such as planning, retro, and refinement.
  • Adherence to the Company's Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

  • Object oriented programming languages such as C# or Java
  • Web service technologies (REST, OAuth, OData)
  • Modern frontend libraries (Angular, React, Vue, etc)
  • Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
  • Relational database technology (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc)
  • Knowledge of our Quality Management System and its application to tasks associated with this role
