About the Role

The Brand Manager will lead the development, communication, and activation of the company's brands across multiple channels. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to shape premium lifestyle brands through storytelling, design, and events.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve the visual and verbal identity of the company's brands in line with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, marketing, design, operations) to ensure message consistency.
  • Create and manage partnerships with influencers, brands, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute creative brand events, product launches, and lifestyle activations.
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize strategy.
  • Support internal communications and contribute to strengthening company culture.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • A creative yet structured professional with strong project management abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian (Spanish is an advantage).
  • Confident in using MS Office; knowledge of design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva is a plus.
