We are expanding our Central Marketing activation hub for Europe and are looking for a Digital Touchpoints Specialist. If you're passionate about marketing automation and digital marketing, we want to meet you.

A bit about you

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in digital marketing with expertise in web design
  • Bachelor's degree
  • English advanced
  • Experience with website form creation and website content management systems (preferably AEM)
  • Website forms implementation and testing
  • First level support for markets on website forms troubleshooting related issues
  • Monitoring form performance and data quality to identify issues and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on critical issues and tickets
  • Understanding of relevant digital marketing metrics and KPI´s
  • Pro-active and entrepreneurial mindset

What Does Success Look Like in This Role:

  • Reporting directly to the Digital Touchpoints Team Lead, you will be responsible with implementing assignments related to the Mercedes-Benz website forms, including implementation, configuration, testing, monitoring, quality checks, standardization across markets, and supporting new application rollouts.
