Daimler Truck & Bus Romania is looking for Warranties Specialist, to join our After -Sales Trucks team in Bucharest area Warranty Specialist uses knowledge, education and expertise to support Daimler business partners in realization and delivery of optimal data quality and customer oriented solutions, in accordance with Daimler Truck Policies, Vision, Mission, Values.

Responsibilities
:
- To check goodwill requests and the warranty and Service Contracts Claims from a technical and financial point of view, to comply with factory technical information and Daimler warranty rules;
- To maintain warranty and service Contracts IT specific systems, by updating the settings, if requested
- To know and stay up-to-date with all Warranty & Service Contracts rules & regulations and all Technical Information
- To observe and report irregularities
- To take part in regular meetings and discussions related to warranty & technical topics
Training and qualification:
- University (Degree) - Mechanical engineer
Technical knowledge:
- PC knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Language: English fluent (a second foreign language is a plus)
- Strong digital skills (you will work in various specific IT programs)
- Automotive background (previous experience in workshop activity is a plus)
