Responsabilități

  • Strategie & execuție Google Ads
    : Search,
    Performance Max
    , YouTube, Display/Discovery
  • Funnel în ecosistemul Google
    : search → remarketing; audiențe (in‑market, custom), liste negative, geo/dayparting.
  • Măsurare & tracking
    : plan GA4 + GTM, evenimente/UTM, conversii (site/lead form),
    import conversii offline
    (quality), call tracking.
  • Optimizare CPL/CAC
  • Aliniere ad → landing
    : colaborare cu Product Designer pentru mesaj, relevanță și viteza funnel‑ului.

Cerințe esențiale

  • 3–5+ ani
    focalizați pe
    Google Ads
    pentru
    lead‑gen
    (B2C/B2B2C).
  • Rezultate demonstrabile
  • GA4 & GTM solide (evenimente, conversii, UTM), atribuiri, liste/audiențe; lucru cu
    Experiments
    .
  • Stăpânire structură cont: match types, negative lists, RSA testing/pinning, extensii, PMax.
  • Comunicare clară, stakeholder management, disciplină în raportare & planificare.
