We are looking for our client, a
regional Leader in the healthcare industry
, a
digital ads specialist.

You will manage and optimize cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns by leveraging AI tools and platforms such as Google Ads and SEMrush. This role involves integrating automation, creating premium product strategies, and working for a company that values innovation and expertise.

Objectives

Optimize and manage digital marketing campaigns leveraging AI tools and automation, with a focus on Google Ads and SEMrush.

What you would do & responsibilities

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns: Search, Shopping, Remarketing, YouTube.
  • Set up and optimize Brand Protect, Conquest, RLSA campaigns.
  • Monitor competition with SEMrush (Advertising Research, Position Tracking).
  • Create, optimize and filter keyword lists (including negative).
  • Reduce budget wastage (e.g. inefficient clicks in PMax, brand leakage).
  • Implement and validate full tracking: GA4, HubSpot, Google Ads.
  • Contribute to premium product strategies (e.g. scanners, CAD/CAM).
  • Monitor site health in SEMrush (Site Audit).
  • Automate repetitive tasks (e.g. reporting, campaign activation) with Make, n8n or AI copilots.
  • Integrate AI into the optimization process: copy ideas, campaign structures, smart segmentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Google Ads (Search + Shopping mandatory)
  • At least 6 months of hands-on experience in AI automation applied to digital marketing
  • Experience with tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, AI copilots (or equivalents)
  • Knowledge of SEMrush (PPC), GA4, and HubSpot (Ads integration = bonus)
  • Analytical skills: CTR, ROAS, Search Terms, Auction Insights
  • Initiative, logical thinking, attention to detail
  • Experience in B2B eCommerce - significant advantage
