An international company in the life sciences and laboratory equipment industry is expanding its team and seeking a Resellers Manager to strengthen its distributor network and drive regional sales growth.

Laboratory instruments and components used in research, analysis, and medical applications.

Your Role

You will manage and develop distributor relationships, ensuring strong market coverage, sales performance, and compliance with brand standards.

You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service to deliver outstanding business results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, support, and grow the network of distributors in your assigned region.
  • Regularly evaluate partner performance (sales results, pipeline, marketing activities).
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, price lists, and annual targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and train new distributors when needed.
  • Support partners in generating end-user demand across academia, pharma, diagnostics, and industrial laboratories.
  • Conduct joint customer visits, product demos, and presentations.
  • Provide product and commercial training for distributor sales teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance, opportunities, and market trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, distributor management, or business development - ideally in laboratory, medical device, or life-science instrumentation markets.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, consumables, and instrumentation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; an additional European language (German or French) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (30–50%).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership of results.
