  • Knowledge of Lean and Kaizen concepts; Experience with the Total Production Maintenance system; Higher technical education (preferably in mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics, or industrial engineering); Relevant experience (minimum 3 years) in coordinating industrial maintenance activities, preferably in automated production environments; Previous experience in coordinating and motivating multidisciplinary teams (mechanics, electromechanics, technicians); Solid knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methods and practices; Practical experience in using and implementing predictive maintenance technologies; English – intermediate/advanced level (for technical documentation and collaboration with international suppliers); Identify situations or processes that are not working efficiently and propose improvement solutions to your direct superior;

Responsibilities
Manages human, technical, and material resources related to production line maintenance;

Organizes and coordinates maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment operation;

Integrates the latest technologies and developments in the industry into maintenance processes;

Implements predictive maintenance solutions to anticipate and prevent failures;

Uses AI tools to monitor equipment and forecast maintenance needs;

Ensures that finished products are delivered in the planned quantities and within the agreed deadlines;

Ensures compliance with quality standards and safety regulations in all maintenance activities;

Optimizes maintenance costs and contributes directly to achieving the company's profitability objectives;

Monitors stocks and proposes improvement solutions to reduce costs

Monitors specific KPIs (MTBR, MTBF, Breakdown, etc.);

Manages communication with beneficiaries;

Proposes technical solutions and prepares estimates;

Manages equipment warranties and construction elements in the project.
