. We are looking for an
SAP PP Consultant
to join this organization.

What you will do

The SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP PP solutions that meet business requirements related to production processes, materials management, and production control. The consultant ensures efficient production operations by aligning SAP functionalities with the client's planning and execution needs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP functional solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP PP modules, including:
  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Routings
  • Work Centers and Production Versions
  • Shop Floor Control and Capacity Planning
  • Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, PM, and FI/CO modules.
  • Participate in Fit–Gap analysis, Business Blueprinting, and Solution Design workshops.
  • Prepare and validate functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW).
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support data migration activities and validate master data (BOMs, routings, work centers).
  • Provide end-user training and prepare user documentation.
  • Support go-live activities and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate closely with ABAP developers, other SAP functional teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure solution consistency and compliance with SAP best practices and company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP PP implementation or support.
  • Proven experience in at least one full SAP implementation project (ECC or S/4HANA).
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, discrete/process manufacturing, and capacity planning.
  • Familiarity with integration between MM, SD, QM, and PM modules.
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Manufacturing (an advantage).
