We are expanding our Central Marketing activation hub for Region Europe and are looking for an
AI & Digital Tools Specialist
. If you're passionate about innovation, automation, and optimizing marketing operations through AI and collaboration platforms, we want to meet you.

A bit about you

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    working with LLM-based digital tools, project management platforms, or in business process automation.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Advanced English
    proficiency.
  • Experience with
    AI platforms
    like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, UiPath – a strong plus.
  • Skilled in
    implementing and managing project tools
    , ideally
    Asana
    .
  • Confident in identifying AI use cases, managing pilots, and driving adoption within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to onboard, train, and support internal users.
  • A structured thinker with a digital-first mindset and a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
  • Pro-active and entrepreneurial mindset

Reporting directly to the Digital Touchpoints Team Lead, you will:

  • Identify optimization opportunities across E2E marketing processes using AI.
  • Define, pilot, and implement AI use cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Be the
    Product Owner of Asana
    , responsible for access, structure, training, compliance, and overall project tool governance.
  • Deliver internal Asana training and documentation to ensure adoption and digital enablement.
