We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Process Owner
to optimize and implement the Service Portfolio Management (SPM) process within ServiceNow.

This role is central to the alignment of strategic business objectives with efficient operational processes. Collaborating across diverse teams, including ServiceNow Platform Architects, Engineers, Tech Platform Leaders, and Finance Business Controllers, you will drive process integration, dependencies, and system improvements to ensure organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Challenge and advise teams to understand their needs related to the SPM process and provide expert guidance on its implementation in ServiceNow
  • Translate business requirements into actionable processes and system modifications
  • Define priorities, establish clear frameworks, and maintain focus on high-impact tasks
  • Identify dependencies across systems and processes to achieve seamless integration
  • Draft detailed roadmaps and comprehensive implementation plans to guide project execution
  • Implement outlined plans with an emphasis on efficiency and consistency
  • Train teams to effectively utilize the SPM process and navigate the ServiceNow platform
  • Provide ongoing support for implemented processes and tools to ensure optimal functionality
  • Define and manage integrations with systems to enhance workflows and data consistency

Requirements

  • ServiceNow, Jira, and ODA: Hands-on expertise in these platforms with the ability to ensure streamlined implementation
  • Project and Portfolio Management: Background in portfolio management principles and successfully managing large-scale projects or programs
  • IT Knowledge: Strong foundation in IT systems, enabling effective process design and implementation
  • Product Ownership in ServiceNow: Showcase of proficiency as a Product Owner, including roadmap creation and strategic planning
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Capability to analyze complex data and balance strategic viewpoints with actionable solutions
  • Communication Skills: Ability to engage with multidisciplinary stakeholders and clearly communicate goals and outcomes
