General information

A person hired as a Field Marketing Executive for Accessories, Hand Tools, and Storage Systems will be responsible for promoting the Milwaukee brand among our trade partners by demonstrating products, participating in trade shows, and conducting training sessions, with a focus on the Romanian market.

We are seeking a candidate located in the following regions of Romania: Bucharest, Prahova, Brașov, Argeș, or Vâlcea.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing operations within the Southern region of Romania.

Main duties:

• Demonstrate the range of tools, accessories, and storage systems to end users and distribution partners across the construction, industrial, and technical sectors
• Educate end users and distribution partners on the performance advantages and safe use of Milwaukee products
• Execute merchandising activities to ensure optimal product visibility and brand presence in retail and distribution environments
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Line Manager from time to time to time

Required experiences and skills:

• Students or graduates of technical fields such as Automotive, Construction, or related disciplines
• Practically minded with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge
• Determination to build a long-term career within a forward-thinking business
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
• Strong planning and time management abilities
• Outgoing and personable, able to thrive as part of a fast-moving and growing team
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required, including occasional weekends (agreed in advance)
• English level B2/C1 (advanced)
• Clean Category B driving licence
