Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Associate to join the Romania People Shared Services team to support UK People Operations. This team delivers high-quality, scalable, and consistent People Operations services, enabling our employees to thrive and focus on impactful client work.

Reporting to the CEE People Shared Services Lead, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional employee lifecycle support—from onboarding to exit—while driving operational efficiency, compliance, and a great people experience virtually via operating out of the Bucharest office.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised, eager to learn, and passionate about providing excellent support across HR processes.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations
  • Strong alignment with Publicis Sapient's core values
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and efficiency
  • Eagerness to learn and grow a career in HR within a global organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across internal teams and stakeholders
