The Opportunity
The Automation&Data Analyst is responsible for digital transformation within Metropolitan Life. As an Automation & Data Analyst, you will lead and implement automation initiatives that directly impact efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You'll have the autonomy to experiment with modern tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Python, Power BI) and the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, making a tangible difference in how processes are designed and executed. What You Need To Succeed (Required Qualifications)

• A strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Hands-on experience or readiness to learn Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQL.
• Comfort with Excel and an interest in Python or other scripting tools.
• Creativity, open-mindedness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

What Can Give You An Edge (Additional Skills)

• Prior experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Practical knowledge of SQL, Python, or Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to design low-code/no-code solutions.
• A track record of driving process improvements or automation projects.
• Experience working in cross-functional or multicultural teams.
• A passion for digital transformation and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate business rules and data logic.
