Customer Care Representative – 1-Year Temporary Contract, Romania

About The Role
Being a part of a fast growing and dynamic team that serves the need of local public and private hospitals regarding order fulfillment, invoicing and shipping of products. Manage order handling, product allocation, follow up of shipments, consignment management, providing proper update and exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Manage Order-to-Cash for local hospitals (private and public); Process orders and follow up shipments to deliver required products in time
  • Ensure all orders and deliveries meet customer requirements regarding documentation, packaging.
  • Be the 1st point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving their inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners, like the commercial, operations, planning and finance team. Support regional sales force and Business Unit Managers.
  • Act as spider in the web, taking necessary action in close collaboration with different departments to secure smooth order processing and provide excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to continuously improving the service to customers and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Address specific customer requests and enquiries and liaise with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders to keep them informed of status of the process and orders.
  • Maintain a correct and updated administration.
  • Act as a team member in support of department objectives.
  • Process Product complaints and Service Incidents.
  • Ensure compliance to the applicable procedures, local legislation.

Must Have
What we are looking for:

  • Education level: Bachelor Degree
  • Customer Centric mindset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multiyear experience in the area of Customer Service and Order-to-Cash process
  • Experience with SAP
  • Fluent in English

Nice To Have

  • Experience in export services and logistics
  • Experience with Cloud
  • Experience in MedTech industry
