Product Manager
to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our digital products, leading the entire lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. You'll blend business acumen with technical understanding to create user-centric solutions that integrate seamlessly with our hardware products.

The Position

• As a
  Software
  Product Manager
  , you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for our desktop applications and online services.
• You'll lead cross-functional teams, translating user needs into clear, actionable features and managing product roadmaps to ensure successful delivery.
• This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align on goals and deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for desktop applications and online services integrated with hardware products
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization for both software and hardware-customization features
• Identify and prioritize unarticulated user needs through market research, user observation, data analytics, and direct feedback
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to leverage AI and machine learning for innovative, user-centric solutions
• Work with UI/UX designers to ensure products are intuitive, accessible, and deliver seamless user experiences
• Translate business and user requirements into clear, actionable product features and technical specifications
• Manage product roadmaps, set milestones, and prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to align on product goals and ensure successful delivery
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics; iterate based on data-driven insights and user feedback
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, supporting product launches and ongoing growth initiatives

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in
  digital product management
  , ideally within consumer electronics or technology-driven industries
• Strong technical literacy: understanding of
  software development
  ,
  hardware integration
  , and
  AI/ML concepts
  ; ability to communicate with engineers
• Proven experience with
  Agile/Scrum methodologies
  and
  product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Figma, Asana)
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, analyze user data, and identify emerging trends and user needs
• Experience
  collaborating with UI/UX designers
  to deliver user-centric, easy-to-use digital products
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; able to align diverse teams and drive consensus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision maker with
  experience in KPI tracking
  and
  product optimization
