Candidatul Ideal

  • Diplomă de inginer în domenii precum construcții civile, structură, instalații sau domenii conexe.
  • Experienta relevanta de minimum 2 ani
  • Abilități excelente de leadership, comunicare și coordonare.
  • Capacitatea de a lucra eficient într-o echipă multidisciplinară și de a interacționa cu diverse părți interesate.
  • Certificare in Managementul de Proiect constituie un plus
  • Engleză fluent
  • Permis de conducere cat B
  • Disponibilitate la deplasari in tara si strainatate

Responsabilități principale:

  • Primește bugetul proiectului si documentația tehnică de executie : proiect tehnic, detaliile de execuție și caietele de sarcini
  • Supravegherea și urmărirea execuției lucrărilor de construcții și asigurarea respectării specificațiilor și termenelor convenite
  • Gestionarea programului de execuție și a progresului activității, respectiv identificarea soluțiilor tehnice pentru rezolvarea problemelor care ar putea cauza întârzieri
  • Verifică cantitățile de lucrări si materiale din devize și planurile de execuție si stabilește eventualele neconcordanțe
  • Intocmește Note de Constatare referitoare la neconcordanțele sesizate intre devize, planuri de execuție si situația din teren
  • Implicarea în identificarea soluțiilor pentru rezolvarea problemelor; Răspunde de corectitudinea intocmirii situațiilor de lucrări insușite și aprobate de beneficiar
  • Intocmește procesele verbale pe parcursul execuției lucrărilor,rapoarte lunare, documente de calitate etc.
  • Participă la toate fazele determinante care urmează a fi realizate pe șantier;
