Căutăm o persoană organizată și responsabilă pentru rolul de 
Asistent Operațional Front Office
, care va lucra în zona de recepție/secretariat și va gestiona procese operaționale zilnice în SAP. Rolul combină activități administrative, procesare documente și coordonarea livrărilor către partenerii noștri.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Preluarea comenzilor din SAP și verificarea acestora din punct de vedere cantitativ și documentar
  • Generarea și emiterea facturilor în SAP pe baza comenzilor procesate
  • Coordonarea livrărilor de produse către parteneri: pregătirea documentelor de expediție, contactarea curierilor sau a firmelor de transport
  • Asigurarea unei comunicări eficiente cu echipele interne (vânzări, logistică) și partenerii externi
  • Activități de front-desk și suport administrativ: preluare apeluri, primirea vizitatorilor, gestionarea corespondenței

Cerințe:

  • Experiență anterioară în operare SAP (modul logistic sau financiar) – constituie un avantaj major
  • Cunoștințe bune de operare PC: MS Office (Excel, Word), email, etc.
  • Abilități de organizare și atenție la detalii
  • Comunicare clară și atitudine profesionistă în interacțiunea cu clienții și partenerii
  • Cunoștințe minime de logistică (curierat, AWB, CMR etc.) – constituie un avantaj
  • Limba engleza nivel mediu - avansat
