As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience by developing and implementing strategies that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and expectations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement strategies for improving the customer journey
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement initiatives to drive improvement
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in customer experience

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in customer experience or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer feedback.
