What we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education;
  • HR Inspector certification (represents an advantage);
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Experience in personnel administration and payroll;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR administration software;
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Flexibility, empathy, and willingness to travel on the field when needed;
  • Positive attitude and people-oriented approach;
  • Valid driving license – Category B.

What your activities will be:

  • Prepare and update employee files;
  • Handle all formalities related to employment contracts (hiring, modifying, suspending, and terminating employment agreements);
  • Register and update employee information in the database;
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of monthly timesheets;
  • Manage relationships with service providers, including occupational health services, health & safety (SSM & SU), and meal vouchers providers;
  • Stay up to date with labor law updates and actively contribute to their implementation;
  • Issue official documents for authorities such as ITM and ANOFM;
  • Provide employees with requested documents upon request;
  • Offer support to employees (especially blue-collar roles) on work-related matters;
  • Oversee the hiring and induction process.
