Această oportunitate îți oferă șansa de a învăța direct de la profesioniștii A&R din Global Records, printr-un parcurs intensiv și accelerat. Vei participa la scouting de talente, vei înțelege cum se negociază și se dezvoltă proiectele muzicale și vei contribui la analiza trendurilor din piață. Vei descoperi artiști și vei înțelege cum se construiește o carieră muzicală de succes.

La finalul programului vei avea o bază solidă de cunoștințe practice și conexiuni valoroase, pregătindu-te pentru următorul pas în cariera ta. Obiectivul nostru este ca, in 12-18 luni, sa devii A&R independent, capabil sa identifici, sa gestionezi si sa dezvolti artisti.

Ce vei face:

  • Observi si participi la scouting de talente și identificarea artiștilor cu potențial.
  • Observi și înveți procesul de negociere și colaborare cu artiști și echipele lor.
  • Contribui la analiza pieței și la identificarea tendințelor muzicale.
  • Oferi suport echipei A&R în proiecte reale, de la selecția pieselor la dezvoltarea conceptelor.

  • Pasiune autentică pentru muzică și dorință de a învăța rapid.
  • Atitudine proactivă și deschidere spre feedback constant.
  • Abilități bune de comunicare și lucru în echipă.
  • Capacitate de organizare și atenție la detalii.
  • Cunoștințe de bază despre genuri muzicale și trenduri actuale.
  • Nivel avansat al limbii engleze (scris și vorbit).
