We're Hiring: UI/UX Designer with HTML, CSS & JavaScript Skills – Cluj-Napoca

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to join our small, dynamic team in Cluj-Napoca

Job Type: Hybrid / Remote

Initial collaboration on an hourly, project-based model, with potential for long-term cooperation.

What You'll Do:

Design and prototype UI/UX for web and mobile platforms

Implement static pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Collaborate with the development team to integrate designs

Optimize UX based on feedback and usability testing

Create and maintain a design system

Must-haves:

  • 2+ years in UI/UX for platforms/apps (not just landing pages).
  • Figma/Adobe XD (auto-layout, components, prototyping).
  • Solid HTML & CSS (modern layouts, responsive) and JavaScript skills.
  • Bootstrap (grid, utilities, customizing components).
  • Responsive design and web accessibility fundamentals (WCAG basics).
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive mindset.
