We're looking for a Strong Middle or Senior UX Designer with solid experience in mobile applications to join our team in Cluj-Napoca (hybrid).
You'll own the UX process end-to-end — from research and prototyping to testing and iteration — turning concepts into mobile experiences that users love. Designing apps from scratch and optimizing existing ones for usability, accessibility, and performance will be at the core of your work.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to improve mobile user journeys;
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for iOS and Android apps;
  • Designing intuitive, scalable flows for mobile interactions, responsive layouts, and cross-platform consistency;
  • Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align UX with business and user goals.
What we'll need:
  • 3–4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on mobile apps;
  • Based in Cluj-Napoca and open to hybrid work;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1+);
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work on mobile applications;
  • Proficiency in modern UX/UI tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar);
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive mobile experiences;
  • Creativity and initiative.
Will be a plus:
  • Experience with app store guidelines, mobile design systems, or cross-platform tools (React Native, Flutter collaboration);
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimization in mobile apps.
